- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and delegating tasks.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Handle inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Ensure high-quality food standards are consistently met.
- Assist with menu development and incorporating seasonal ingredients.
