Solar Service Tech / Installer Helper – Join Our Team!
Looking to put your solar experience to work in a role where every day is different? We’re a growing solar company looking for a hands-on Solar Service Technician / Installer Helper who can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do
- Tackle service calls on solar systems.
- Jump in on small, straightforward install jobs with the crew.
- Handle inventory/material pickups from job sites.
- Work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of solar experience (deal breaker — no exceptions).
- Someone who’s reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
- Has their own truck and basic tools.
- Ready to show up, get the job done, and keep safety a priority.

Pay: $19.00-$34.00 per hour
