Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team and provide exceptional therapy sessions to our patients. Full training in SoftWave Therapy will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer SoftWave Therapy sessions according to established protocols
- Explain treatment benefits and expected outcomes to patients
- Record accurate treatment notes and monitor progress
- Maintain equipment and treatment area
- Collaborate with chiropractors and team members to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related health/rehabilitation field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury recovery principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-focused care
