Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Referee to officiate games and ensure fair play in accordance with established rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sport, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the game and providing a positive experience for players and spectators alike.
Responsibilities
- Officiate games by enforcing rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Make quick, accurate decisions regarding fouls, penalties, and other game-related situations.
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators to explain calls and maintain order.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, demonstrating respect for all participants.
- Attend pre-game meetings to discuss game expectations and any specific rules or guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in rules or regulations relevant to the sport being officiated.
- Collaborate with fellow referees to ensure smooth game operations.

Prior referee experience is a MUST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
