Job Title: Soccer Coach
Overview:
Join our team as a Soccer Coach and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential on the field. As a Soccer Coach, you will play a crucial role in developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a love for the game.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging training sessions to improve players' technical abilities and tactical understanding
- Develop personalized coaching strategies to enhance individual player performance
- Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork among players
- Organize and oversee team practices, drills, and scrimmages
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth and development
- Coordinate with parents, staff, and league officials to ensure smooth operations
- Attend games, tournaments, and events as needed to support the team
Experience:
- Previous experience coaching soccer at the youth or competitive level
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players, parents, and staff
- Ability to educate players on the fundamentals of soccer while fostering a positive learning environment
- Nice-to-have: Experience in swimming or willingness to learn

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
