About Us:
Two Boys and a Toolkit is expanding into residential snow removal across the GTA. We’re looking for reliable and experienced snow removal laborers who can handle shoveling, salting, and operating small machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and residential properties
- Operate snow blowers or small machinery safely
- Apply salt/de-icing material as needed
- Work in early mornings, evenings, and during snow events
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in snow removal
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Access to reliable transportation to job sites
- Safety-first mindset
Pay: CAD $18–$25/hour depending on experience.
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 4-5 months
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
