About Us:
Two Boys and a Toolkit is seeking an experienced Lead Installer/Supervisor to oversee residential holiday lighting and snow removal crews. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical skills, customer service, and team management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a crew of installers/laborers during projects
- Lead by example on-site (holiday light installation & snow removal tasks)
- Ensure safety compliance and high-quality standards
- Coordinate with management on scheduling and job completion
- Act as main point of contact with clients, ensuring satisfaction
- Train new crew members on best practices and safe operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in snow removal, holiday lighting, or related trades
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and ensure projects are completed on time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Pay: CAD $25–$32/hour depending on experience.
