We are hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our winter snow removal team as Sidewalk Shovelers in Huntsville. This is a seasonal, on-call position that requires availability during snow events—often early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Job Duties:
- Clear snow and apply salt on sidewalks, walkways, steps, and building entrances.
- Use shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt products safely and efficiently.
- Report icy or hazardous conditions to supervisors.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and customer service while on-site.
- Work effectively in a team and independently under all winter conditions.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of working in cold, snowy weather for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to respond quickly to snow calls.
- Experience in snow removal is preferred but not required.
- Must have access to transportation to and from job sites in Orillia.
CSA-approved winter work boots and proper outdoor winter clothing required.
