We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are especially looking for support with Night Audits.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or direct calls appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
