Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects and ensuring that operations run smoothly. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Special attention to ability to haul a trailer. The job will mainly consist of driving too and from the dump and various jobsites.
Duties
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, and lifting heavy objects.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Cleaning and Preparing Sites
- Tow and dump trailer
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
- Work Safely around heavy construction equipment
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction or manufacturing tasks.
- Ability to drive with a trailer attached and basic understanding of hauling a trailer considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety standards.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is an advantage but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
