Must-haves
- Strong work ethic and resilience. Comfortable with a fast pace, repetitive tasks, peak-hour pressure, and standing for extended periods.
- Proven reliability and role stability. Consistent attendance and follow-through. Frequent job changes or short tenures are not a fit for this role.
- Follows direction and SOPs. Accepts supervisory guidance, complies with scheduling and task assignments, and adheres to all store policies.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese.
What you will do
- Create genuine connections with customers through clear, pleasant communication.
- Prepare beverages and light food to standard recipes or customer specifications, including adjustments to temperature and ingredient quantities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; restock and complete opening/closing checklists.
- Operate POS accurately and support basic inventory tasks.

- Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo shifts during slow periods.
