We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and a commitment to educating and inspiring athletes of all ages. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in developing skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive and encouraging environment for all participants.
Duties
- Educate athletes on ice skating techniques, strategies, and safety practices.
- Develop training programs tailored to the needs of individual swimmers and the team.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all athletes receive proper instruction and feedback.
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture that encourages participation and personal growth.
- Organize and supervise swim meets, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff regarding training schedules, goals, and expectations.
Experience
- Previous coaching experience in hockey or related sports is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, rules, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
- A passion for teaching and developing the potential of each student.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour
