We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from coordinating trades and schedules to ensuring quality, safety, and budget control. What You’ll Be DoingProject Oversight• Manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities across one or more active projects
- Ensure strict adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Lead project scheduling in coordination with trade superintendents, updating regularly and creating recovery plans as needed
- Handle all project administration and documentation via BuilderTrend
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Act as the point person for trades, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Chair project meetings and represent Pine Glen professionally on-site and with clients
- Approve subcontractor invoices, material orders, and expense reports
- Coordinate with the co-owners for regular project financial reviews
- Address disputes with clients or trades in a professional and cost-effective manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution
- Oversee PDI, service item closeouts, and warranty handover process
- Oversee site inventory, equipment, and materials
- Respond to urgent issues by phone/email as needed
- Manage daily email communication and site administration
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized site
- Track and report progress regularly
- Uphold Pine Glen’s standards for quality and on-time completion
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency with BuilderTrend, Excel project scheduling, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret contracts and construction drawings
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable navigating construction environments (stairs, ladders, terrain)
- Experience supervising teams, managing site inventory, and dealing with emergency scenarios
- Confidence handling public-facing or client interactions with professionalism
- Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-driven.
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the role.
- Flexibility to work long hours or weekends when required.
