C.M. Klassen Holdings Inc. is the Area Agent for Suncor (Petro Canada), responsible for operating all Lower Mainland Commercial Fueling Stations. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and facilities, including fuel stations and amenities for our Petro Pass customers.
Summary
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our commercial fueling station in Chilliwack (Greendale). In this role, you will ensure efficient operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of customer service while contributing to our mission of delivering quality fuel services. We are looking for someone that has managed a team in the past (or currently), it is an asset to have training (or an understanding) of what is needed to have effective business culture within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fueling station to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and train staff, in all duties, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction/promote sales growth
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of fuel and store products.
- Balancing daily reconciliations paperwork
- Inventory Control (ordering/balancing/year end)
- Be a part of the hiring process with our HR Department
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, organized facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or site management within the fuel or retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred.
- Experience with computers/POS systems
- Training in Customer Service/Conflict Resolution
- Ability to lead a team effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
