What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience and a “yes we can” mindset
- Ability to schedule, delegate, and manage workflow effectively
- Solid attendance, reliability, and focus on quality & timelines
- Experience in custom commercial millwork production
- Skilled with a full range of woodworking tools and equipment
- Strong ability to read and interpret internal shop drawings
- A proactive problem-solver who removes roadblocks for their team

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burnaby, BC V5B 3A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Schedule management: 4 years (preferred)
- professional ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK: 6 years (preferred)
- supervisory/team management: 4 years (preferred)
