- Carry out repairs to faulty security systems
- Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance;
- Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards;
- Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers
- Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures;
- Transmit usage recommendations to customers;
- Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Ensure follow-up of customer service

- Produce a report on service calls made;
- Manage repair inventories.
MUST have a valid training certificate in one or more of the following products: Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure, Alarm.com
MUST have at least 3 years of recent experience working as a field service or installation technician at an electronic security company.
