Langley Hyundai is seeking a dedicated individual with above average telephone, email and text skills. The appropriate candidate must be able to make outbound phone calls to our existing client database to generate appointments for the service department.
This full-time position would be perfect for a recent college graduate who is knowledgeable of new media, has personality on the phone, and is an online entrepreneur looking for a position in service customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Online sales or customer service experience is a must.
- This position requires a high activity level to develop the necessary knowledge and relationships that will be important to the success of the store.
- Internal drive to meet goals and objectives while working independently.
- Ability to establish priorities to achieve pre-defined tasks and objectives.
- Team player with a collaborative personality as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer service
- Cashier
- Follow up/Status update calls
- Filing workorders
- Shuttle scheduling
- Set service appointments for our full line of automotive products and maintenance schedule.
- Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails.
- Create interest and build value in building rapport during calls.
- Expand customer relationships that ensure renewal and increase business.
- Work to build relationships with email, phone, and text communications.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
