Job Summary:
Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for a bilingual Service Advisor to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is located in Vars, Ontario . If you are interested in this great opportunity please send a resume showing how you meet the qualifications below.
Job Duties:
- Open and close work orders
- Keep detailed records for vehicles
- Verify warranty details, vehicle information, while working closely with the Warranty Department
- Filing of invoices
- Greet customers promptly
- Assist customers with requests for repair, obtain customer and vehicle information
- Advise customers on status of vehicle
Job Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of mechanical components on heavy duty trucks/equipment
- Able to work well with a team; prioritizing work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft office and basic internet skills
- Must have CSA approved safety shoes
- Must be bilingual
