Role Overview:
The Advisor Support Representative is an entry-level position focused on providing responsive, high-quality support to our advisor network. This role is critical in ensuring advisors receive timely assistance with onboarding, plan design, platform navigation, and general inquiries. The Advisor Support Representative will work closely with the Customer Support team, the Account Executive and the Account Manager to support relationship management efforts, streamline advisor touchpoints, and ensure consistent advisor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Advisor Engagement & Support
- Respond to advisor inquiries via phone and email (e.g. plan setup, feature questions, documentation support)
- Assist advisors with implementation of new clients
- Provide guidance on platform features, positioning, and selling questions
Plan Management
- Support custom plan designs and requested changes
- Manage client imports, especially during provider switches
- Assist with enhanced account management (e.g. scheduled balance edits)
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Support co-selling initiatives and distribution of marketing materials
Team Support & Overflow
- Support the Business Development team with overflow requests via the internal advisor support inbox
- Track tasks and advisor interactions in HubSpot or relevant CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Experience with Hubspot or CRM tools is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of group benefits or financial services is a bonus
- Demonstrated capability in managing client relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
