As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly mixing and serving beverages. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, placing orders when necessary.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.39-$20.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
