Job Summary
Tabule is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Servers to join our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell with a positive, friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Tabule’s menus, promotions, and services, providing accurate information and recommendations to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Process payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Smart Serve certification required; First Aid certification is an asset.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Additional beverage training, such as wine certification or mixology courses, is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Toast, is considered an asset.
Employment Details
- Work Schedule: Flexible availability required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Compensation: Minimum wage plus tips.
