Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled server to join our Food Truck team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the service window in a fast-paced food truck environment. As our food truck operates in various locations, the candidate must have reliable transportation to commute to different sites across the lower mainland.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service and know a diverse range of menu items.
- Stocking Drink Fridge, Napkin and Utensil Holders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck kitchen, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Handling Cash
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced kitchen environment, not required but an asset
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of various culinary techniques, cuisines, and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high-quality standards during busy periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to commute to different locations.
Please note this position is casual to start. Great for students or someone who's looking to make extra money
