The Badley Steakhouse and Bar is an independent Steakhouse in beautiful downtown Elora with a lively late night bar and a busy summer patio.
As a Server at our establishment, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a friendly and efficient service.

**Duties:**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Clear and reset tables, get restaurant ready for next shift
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
