Taproom260 is looking for motivated restaurant professionals who are ready to join our family owned and operated restaurant in the heart of Orleans, Ontario.
As a Server at Taproom260 you'll be responsible for:
- Memorizing our menu offerings
- Safe handling of prepared Food and Drink items
- Bartending & Preparing Service Drinks
- Learning & using point of sale terminals
- Respecting your fellow team members & guests
- Delivering high quality, friendly service, fast
- Overseeing all restaurant functions, and ensuring smooth operation.
- Handling cash and payments
- Opening or Closing, First one in or Last one out, ensuring restaurant is setup and ready to go, or shutting down and everything is locked up.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years industry experience (If you are less experienced, but are highly motivated and have a willingness to learn we will still consider your application)
- Take the initiative to keep busy while working on your own
- You can keep your composure in a fast-paced, high-stress, team-based environment
- You’re good at teaching others
- Good at taking direction and constructive criticism
