Responsibilities

- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods..
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their takeout experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Sanitate work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines.
- Process payments efficiently through cashiering duties while maintaining accuracy in math calculations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests warmly and professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus.
- Must be able to multitask effectively in a busy restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail.
