We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring that all items are presented beautifully.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure that tables are clean, sanitized, and set up properly for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for billing purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including regular sanitization of surfaces as per health guidelines.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required.
