Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and escort them to appropriate tables
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen staff
- Provide menu information and make recommendations based on guest preferences and restaurant specialties
- Handle customer billing and process payments
- Respond promptly to customer needs during their visit
- Assist with take-out and delivery orders, including packaging, checking order accuracy, and handing off to customers or delivery staff
- Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous server experience in an Asian restaurant is an asset, but not mandatory
- Strong people and customer service skills that keep guests coming back
- Able to work under pressure efficiently and stand for a long period.
