- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring proper math skills are applied.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
