Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
• A proactive approach to helping teammates and contributing to a positive work atmosphere is highly valued.
