- Greeting and Seating Guests: Warmly welcoming customers and guiding them to available tables.
- Taking Orders: Presenting menus, answering questions about menu items, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and communicating those orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders to the correct tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Checking on guests throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests, and ensuring they are enjoying their experience.
- Handling Transactions: Presenting bills, processing payments (cash or credit card), and providing accurate change.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and keeping the dining area tidy.
- Collaboration: Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth service.
- Upselling and Recommendations: Offering suggestions for menu items, specials, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.
- Handling Complaints: Addressing customer complaints or issues with a positive and professional attitude.
