Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patrons receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals. Your ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and quality food preparation.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
