Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
