Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and attention to detail. Your ability to provide timely assistance and maintain a friendly demeanor will enhance our guests' overall experience.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide assistance to guests, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the menu or dining experience.
- Process payments through cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Uphold high standards of guest services by being attentive, courteous, and responsive.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and well-being of guests.
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Willingness to learn about menu items and contribute positively to the team atmosphere.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
