We are looking for an enthusiastic server who is able to work in a fast paced environment , provide an excellent guest service experience. The successful candidate will interact, upsell and follow through with all steps of service as outlined in the Baton Rouge Standards , Policies and procedures manual
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2-3years serving experience in a similar high volume environment
- Must be able to take accountability and empower themselves to solve guest concern.
- Ability to be a leader and lead by example .
- Proven track record of creating world-class experiences.
- Must have basic wine and food knowledge
- Must be Smart Serve certified
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evening and weekends.
Detailed Activities/Tasks:
- Help to seat guests
- Meet guests within 2 minutes of being seated
- Serves the guest in a professional and timely manner
- Listens to guest and suggests items that meet their needs and will enhance their experience
- Be able to multi task and take multiple orders
- Processes guests orders and payments
- Lives and breathes the brand
- Performs related maintenance/cleaning duties as required
- Follows safe food handling procedures at all times
- Adheres to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
