Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
- Process payments using the POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in serving areas
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Prior experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
