**Server Job Description**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, workstations and washroom
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food industry preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Willingness to assist colleagues when needed
