We're currently looking for a Server Assistant join the team at MONZO Burger! Inspired by the 1980s Paninaro subculture in Milan, Italy, which is characterized by a fascination with American fast-food culture and European designer fashion, our concept embodies the spirit of that era - fast, fun, and bold! Please note, weekend availability required.
Duties include, but are not limited to interacting with guests, greeting, seating, running food, clearing, re-setting, managing reservations, and supporting the service team wherever necessary to create flawless and memorable guest experiences.
You have:
- A positive, warm attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role (counter service, caffe service, and/or bussing) or someone who is eager to learn
- A keen eye and attention to detail
- Serving it Right certification
