Key Responsibilities:
- Perform trailer repairs, including structural repairs, welding, and fabrication.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to modify, repair, or fabricate trailers.
- Inspect and assess trailers for damage, identifying areas needing repair or replacement.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve complex repair issues.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a trailer repair fabricator, welder, or in a similar role, using comparable tools.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Experience working with metals, including aluminum, steel, and other materials.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Certification in welding or related fields is a plus.
