Receptionist- This is a temporary position.
June 23rd - October 31st, Tuesday- Friday (8am-5:30pm), Saturdays (8am-4pm)
You know your way around a phone! You are friendly, helpful and can respond efficiently to our clients’ needs; consistently exceeding their expectations! Office Administration experience preferred but not necessary.
THE COMPANY:
Horizon Ag & Turf was established in 2024 as Agland and Martin Deerline merged operations. While the name is different, you can expect the same faces to greet you, quality equipment, timely service solutions and parts reliability when you walk into our dealership locations. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 65 years of experience in agriculture, property owner, landscaping, construction and golf industries. Grounded by our Roots. Eyes on the Horizon.
THE POSITION:
You can work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a switchboard/paging phone system. You demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a polite, friendly, and positive approach.
As well as:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, petty cash handling as well as bank transactions, organizing the customer lounge area and maintaining office supplies.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or people.
- Greet customers and visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Contributing to ensure our dealership is clean and organized.
- Demonstrating high ethical standards and personal integrity- maintaining client and dealership confidentiality.
- Experience with payroll, basic accounting, and banking.
Previous experience would be considered an asset.
THE LOCATION: Westlock, Alberta
