Job Description
Server
As a Server with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience.
Starting Rate of Pay: $16.25 per hour
Your Job Duties Include: :
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Sell and up-sell menu and beverage items in a positive, professional manner
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Deliver and present food items to guest tables
- Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- 6 months a-la-carte serving experience required in the last 5 years
- Successful completion of Food and Beverage test required 80% or above.
- Pro Serve certification required
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset
