LASCO is seeking one individual for the role of Scale Attendant. The position is a full-time, seasonal position (50 hours per week, Monday-Friday), and weekend availability as required to meet workload demands and schedules. Location will be at the LASCO site, 1km South of Fort Macleod on Highway 2.
The Lethbridge Asphalt Supply Company is a small, locally owned asphalt and aggregate supplier. Since 2017, we have been providing high quality products to the Southern Alberta Communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have a “safety-first” attitude, ability to minimize hazards and setting an example to all employees through cultivating a safe and positive work environment.
- Maintaining positive interactions with the public, and managing scale operation with accuracy
- Assist with general office maintenance
- Work closely and assist the administrative team on various tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to provide clear direction in any emergency situations.
- Previous customer service experience with strong computer skills
- Own reliable transportation
- Ability to multi-task
Compensation and Additional Incentives:
