Sales Staff - Sportscards Specialist (Downtown)

Job Summary
We are seeking to expand our sportscards staff in our new flagship retail location. This job consists of typical retail duties, such as product sales, cash/till management, buying and sportscards, pricing sports cards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have some retail or other service experience, and has a keen understanding of the sportscards market and community, such as the ability to talk to customers about the current NHL rookie class, is familiar with Upper Deck, Topps, and Panini products, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily store operations, such as stocking shelves and selling product.
• Purchasing cards and buy lists from customers.
• Comply with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and cashiering.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year minimum working in customer service or retail.
• At least 6 months minimum requirement with buying and selling sports trading cards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of, and passion for sports and sports trading cards (Hockey, Basketball, and Football).
• Has extensive knowledge and passion for NHL and Hockey sports cards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
