You will
- Build meaningful relationships with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and desires
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing
- Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and ensure all paperwork is handled accurately
- Follow up with leads promptly and maintain consistent communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets
- Continuously learn about market trends, property values, and the local real estate landscape
- Maintain and develop valuable Realtor relationships
You have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in real estate with a developer
- Experience leasing up new residential properties is an asset
- A passion for real estate and helping people find their dream homes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
