Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating new business, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue. You will actively visit job sites, showrooms, and other businesses to identify opportunities, generate leads, and secure new contracts for cabinetry projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and builder markets
- Visit job sites, design studios, contractor offices, and other businesses to generate leads and build strong industry connections
- Actively seek out and secure new contracts for custom cabinetry projects
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners
- Conduct client meetings and on-site consultations to assess needs and propose solutions
- Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cabinetry, construction, or a related industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications (preferred)
- Comfortable with field work, site visits, and cold outreach
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required within service area)
