Chow Tai Fook Toronto is looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Operations Assistant who is passionate about sales and eager to build a long-term career with us. This role combines sales responsibilities with operational support, especially during new store openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive in-store sales
- Assist with daily retail operations, merchandising, and inventory handling
- Provide hands-on support for new store openings (setup, coordination, logistics)
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth store operations
- Handle general administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous jewelry or retail sales experience is required
- Previous administrative and management experience is a plus
- Strong passion for sales and customer service
- Reliable, professional, and looking for a long-term career opportunity
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting both sales and operations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to commute to different store locations as needed

Pay: $17.20-$40.59 per hour
