As a Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping our sales and marketing departments run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist sales teams with the coordination of sales activities and initiatives.
- Help maintain communication between sales and marketing departments.
- Prepare and organize sales materials and resources.
- Support logistics for market launches and sales events, including travel coordination.
- Assist with sourcing goods and materials for company initiatives.
Marketing Coordination
- Help coordinate timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Review marketing materials for brand consistency.
- Support content scheduling for social media and email campaigns.
- Assist with ordering and distributing promotional merchandise.
- Help organize trade show participation and promotional events.
Administrative & Cross-functional Support
- Maintain calendars and timelines for company initiatives across departments.
- Track progress on team goals and follow up on deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership on special projects.
- Monitor customer service platforms and escalate issues as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or Mailchimp is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with event coordination or logistics is an asset.
