Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (education sector experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management, analytics)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Convert inquiries and leads into student enrollments
- Conduct consultations with prospective students and guide them through the admission process
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets
Marketing Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and schedule social media and email marketing content
- Track campaign metrics and prepare weekly performance reports with insights
- Support event planning for webinars, open houses, and school visits
Community Outreach & Branding:
- Build and maintain relationships with local community partners, employment centers, and high schools
- Represent the college at fairs, expos, and community events
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and branded content
