Role Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our marketing efforts, customer engagement, and sales coordination. This is a great opportunity to work with AI-driven tools and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI tools to manage social media posts, respond to comments, and boost engagement.
- Plan and execute email/text marketing campaigns to existing customers
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
- Design marketing materials (digital and print)
- Support sales and installation scheduling and coordination
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Learn and explore new AI technologies for daily marketing and customer operations
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience
- University or college education (marketing, communications, or related field preferred)
- Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus
- Interest in AI and technology

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
