Fast Track Packaging is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is all about opening doors, prospecting new leads, sparking conversations, and fueling opportunities for our sales team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and research potential customers through calls, email, and social channels
- Qualify leads against defined criteria to ensure a strong fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to support the sales team
- Schedule meetings and calls between qualified leads and Customer Service Representatives (as assigned by the Business Operations Manager)
- Establish rapport with potential customers and maintain communication during the early stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach and improve lead generation strategies
- Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings to clearly communicate value
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of the beverage industry is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making calls, sending outreach emails, and engaging on social platforms
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- A self-starter who can balance independence with teamwork
