Mission
- Book qualified meetings and drive show rate using volume, speed, and process across multiple client accounts and our own sales & business development.
What You’ll Do
- Execute 100+ targeted touchpoints/day across calls, email, and linkedIn outreach.
- Respond to inbound within 5 minutes and book same/next day by default.
- Run a proven follow-up cadence (double-dial, VM, text) to maximize connects and shows.
- Keep CRM pristine; prioritize highest-quality accounts; pull appointments forward.
- Always book the next step from the current step.
90-Day Outcomes
- Inputs: 100+ primary actions/day; full cadence executed.
- Speed: <5 minutes to first touch on inbound; appointments inside 72 hours.
- Output: Hit 19 Qualified Shows per 4-week cycle (attended + ICP). Improve show % month over month.
Must-Haves
- 1–2 years SDR/appointment-setting OR proof you can hit volume and speed (bring screenshots/logs).
- Clear written and verbal communication; coachable and process-driven.
- CRM comfort (HighLevel or similar).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience setting for both B2C & B2B services; dialer experience; LinkedIn outreach at scale.
How We Work
- Culture: Volume negates luck. We praise the boring work that gets results.
- Tools & Training: Scripts, lists, cadences, dialer/CRM, live coaching, and a public scoreboard.
- Attribution: Every appointment tagged with Source and Booked-By; only SDR-booked, attended, ICP-qualified shows count.
Compensation
- Base: CAD $36,000/year (3,000 / m CAD)
- Variable: CAD $70 per Qualified Show (attended + ICP), any client account or internal business development.
- Accelerator: CAD $90 per Qualified Show above 31 per 4-week cycle
- OTE: CAD $64,000 – $75,000+ (uncapped). Variable paid every 4 weeks based on the scoreboard.
- Targets vary by client; comp does not. We pay based on SDR-Owned Qualified Shows.
SLAs We Live By
- Speed to lead: under 5 minutes.
- Speed to first appointment: same/next day by default (inside 72 hours).
- Follow-up cadence: double-dial + VM + text Day 1; 2x/day Days 2–3; 1x/day for 4 more days.
- Reminders: automated (24h, 12h, 3h) + manual (night before, morning of, 60 min prior).
